Electronic Design

Our engineers produce the electronic schematic and PCB layout, selecting components for performance, availability, lifecycle and cost. Design-for-manufacture is built in from the first revision, not retrofitted later.

Mechanical And Enclosure Design

Enclosures, housings and mechanical parts are designed alongside the electronics, with tooling and injection moulding requirements considered from the start. The mechanical design goes straight to our own toolroom, not to a third party.

Firmware And Software Development

For products needing embedded software, firmware or connectivity, we have over 20 years of specialisation in Bluetooth and wireless development, plus broader embedded design support. It is managed as part of the project, not handed off.

Prototyping

Prototypes are built in-house using the same team and facility as mass production. Feedback is incorporated and designs are iterated quickly, because design, tooling and production sit metres apart.

Tooling

Production moulds and fixtures are designed and manufactured in our own toolroom, working directly from the approved design, with a clear path from prototype tooling to production tooling.

Production BOMs are confirmed, components are procured, processes are set up and first articles are built and verified against the agreed specification before volume is committed.

Mass Production
