Electronic Product Assembly In The Philippines
Europhils provides complete electronic product assembly at our facility in Cebu, Philippines. Our assembly lines bring together boards, enclosures, cables, connectors, firmware and packaging into finished, tested products, ready to ship to your warehouse or distribution partner.
From box build assembly to complex electromechanical assembly, every product is built, inspected and packed by one in-house team, under European management.
What Is Final Assembly?
Final assembly, sometimes called box build assembly, is the stage where individual parts become a sellable product. Assembled PCBs are integrated with plastic enclosures, displays, cabling, mechanical hardware, batteries and labelling. Firmware is loaded, the finished unit is tested, and the product is packed to specification.
This is where consistency is won or lost. A product can have perfect boards and perfect mouldings and still fail in the market if final assembly electronics work is inconsistent, poorly controlled or split across suppliers. At Europhils, final assembly happens in the same facility that produces the boards and the moulded parts, so the finished product matches the original design intent exactly, unit after unit.
Final assembly with Europhils is the right fit when:
- You need complete, tested, packaged products delivered, not a kit of parts to finish elsewhere
- Your product combines electronics with mechanical or electromechanical assembly and needs one accountable partner
- You are moving assembly out of China and want documented processes and consistent output from day one
- Consistency, cosmetic quality and packaging presentation matter to your brand
- You want quality control built into the line, not applied as an afterthought

What Makes Europhils The Right Assembly Partner?
Final assembly is where every earlier decision becomes visible in the finished product. These are the factors that matter when choosing who builds yours.
- Everything upstream is in the same building. Boards from our SMD lines and parts from our moulding machines flow directly to assembly. If something does not fit or function, the teams responsible solve it together, immediately.
- European management of consistency. Our French management and France-based client office mean cosmetic standards, workmanship expectations and packaging requirements are understood precisely, not approximately.
- One team accountable for the finished unit. No subcontractors at any stage. Assembly, testing and packaging are done by our own team. One contract, one relationship.
- A stable alternative to assembly in China. The Philippines offers a skilled workforce, competitive costs and a trade environment free of the tariff exposure affecting Chinese production.
- Quality control at every station, not just the end. Defects are prevented and caught in-process, which protects both your unit cost and your reputation.
- Transparent communication. Our France office keeps you informed and consulted at every decision point affecting your product, timeline or budget.
