How A Design Project Works with Europhils
1. Requirement and brief: You share your requirement, market and constraints, and we help define the scope of the design work needed.
2. Feasibility check: Initial technical feasibility is assessed and a design approach is agreed before work begins.
3. Schematic and PCB design: The electronic schematic and PCB layout are produced, with components selected for performance and manufacturability.
4. Mechanical and enclosure design: Mechanical parts are designed alongside the electronics, with moulding and tooling considered from the start.
5. Design review: The design is reviewed against your requirements and our own production capability before sign-off.
6. Prototype build: Prototypes are built in-house to validate the design physically.
