35 Years of Manufacturing. One Consistent Standard.
Europhils began operations in Cebu, Philippines in 1989. What started as a focused electronics manufacturing operation has grown, over three and a half decades, into a full-service OEM, ODM and EMS provider serving clients across Europe, Asia and the Americas.
The growth has been deliberate. We have invested consistently in in-house capability rather than outsourcing complexity away. We have expanded our facility, deepened our technical expertise and built a team of over 1,000 people who understand what it means to manufacture to zero-defect standards.
More than 20 years of specialisation in Bluetooth technology sits at the heart of our technical heritage. It has shaped our approach to precision assembly, wireless integration and the kind of rigorous testing that connected products demand. That experience now underpins our work across medical, automotive, industrial and IoT sectors.

Our structure is designed to give clients the best of three manufacturing ecosystems, while keeping everything under a single accountable team.
The Philippines factory, Cebu
Our 15,000 m² production facility is located in the Mactan Economic Zone in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. This is where manufacturing happens: mould production, plastic injection, SMD assembly, painting, final assembly, testing, packaging and shipping. All of it in-house, all of it controlled by our own team, with no subcontractors at any stage.
The Philippines factory is the operational core of everything we do. With 1,000+ staff and capacity for both prototype and mass production, it is built to scale with our clients.
The France office
Our business intermediation office in France is the primary point of contact for European clients. It means you deal with a team in your time zone, in your language, that understands European commercial and technical expectations from the ground up. Enquiries, project briefs, commercial negotiations and ongoing client relationships are all managed from France.
This is not a sales office that hands off to a distant factory. It is an integrated part of how we manage client relationships, ensuring that communication never falls into the gap between Europe and Asia.
The Shenzhen sourcing office
Electronics manufacturing depends on a reliable, cost-effective supply chain for components. Our Shenzhen office manages that directly. We source from China with the benefit of local market knowledge, established supplier relationships and the ability to react quickly to supply chain changes.
The result is better component pricing, shorter lead times and a more resilient supply chain for our clients.

The Europhils Factory, Cebu
Our production facility is in the Mactan Economic Zone, a well-established special economic zone on Mactan Island, adjacent to Cebu City. The zone has been home to export-oriented manufacturers for decades and offers strong logistics infrastructure, including direct access to Mactan Cebu International Airport for air freight.
The factory covers 15,000 m² and operates a full in-house production capability:
- Mould manufacturing and tooling
- Plastic injection moulding
- SMD (surface-mount technology) assembly lines
- Painting tunnel and UV coating
- Final assembly lines
- Quality control and functional testing
- Packaging and logistics preparation
The facility is designed for end-to-end production. From raw materials and components to finished, tested, packaged product ready for shipment, the entire process takes place within our walls.
