Electronics Manufacturing Services in the Philippines
Europhils provides contract electronics manufacturing services (EMS) for companies that have a finished design and need a reliable, high-capacity production partner. We handle the entire manufacturing process in our 15,000 m² facility in Cebu, from PCB assembly and testing through to final assembly, packaging and shipment. No subcontractors. One facility. One accountable team.
What Are Electronics Manufacturing Services?
Electronics manufacturing services, or EMS, is contract manufacturing for companies that own a product design but want to outsource production to a specialist facility. Rather than building and operating your own factory, you work with an EMS provider who manufactures your product to your specification, at the quality level your market demands.
EMS is the right model when:
- You have a validated design and a bill of materials, and you are ready to move into production
- You want to scale output without investing in your own production infrastructure
- Your current manufacturer is not meeting your quality, capacity or cost requirements
- You are moving production away from China and need a proven alternative
As a Philippines-based EMS provider with European management, Europhils is particularly well positioned for European companies making that transition. Our France office manages the client relationship; our Cebu factory delivers the production.

- Why Choose Europhils for EMS
What Makes Europhils a Different EMS Partner?
Philippines-based EMS is not a new concept, but not all contract manufacturers offer the same level of control, transparency or capability.
Here is what Europhils brings that many EMS providers do not.
- A single facility for the complete process: Most EMS providers subcontract enclosures, painting and packaging. We don't. The full production chain is in-house, meaning fewer handoffs, faster cycles and a quality chain we own end to end.
- European management and bilingual support: Our French management and France-based client office mean European quality expectations, and communication in your language and time zone.
- No subcontractors: Every part of your product is made and assembled by our own staff, in our own facility. No third parties, no added variability or risk.
- Proven at scale: 1,000+ staff and 35+ years of experience, equipped for both initial runs and high-volume production. We can grow with you.
- ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified: Independent certification of our quality and environmental systems, externally validated.

- EMS Process Overview
How an EMS Project Works with Europhils
A typical EMS engagement follows a straightforward process:
1. Initial brief and design review: You share your design files, bill of materials and production requirements. Our team reviews them and identifies any questions or considerations before production begins.
2. Component sourcing: Our Shenzhen sourcing office procures components at competitive market rates, with full traceability.
3. Production scheduling: We agree a production schedule and lead time based on your volume and timeline requirements.
4. PCB assembly: SMD lines run your boards through automated placement, soldering and optical inspection.
5. Testing: Boards are tested to your functional specification. Any failures are investigated and resolved before the batch proceeds.
6. Final assembly: Boards are integrated into enclosures and the product is built to its finished form.
7. Surface finishing: Painting and UV coating applied where specified.
8. Quality control sign-off: Final inspection against your agreed acceptance criteria.
9. Packaging and shipping: Products are packed and shipped to your destination.
Throughout the process, your contact in France keeps you informed and is the single point of escalation if anything requires your input.
